  • HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
    There are 2 ways to place an order: 1. For local pickup, during checkout select Local Pickup instead of shipping. Orders are typically completed and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. For Wednesday Pickups at the SoBro Farmers Market, please add a note in the note section stating your pickup is for the Farmers Market. Orders need to be placed by 12:00 p.m. the prior Monday, no exceptions. 2. For shipping, please select the SHIPPING page under SHOP and choose your popcorn, then during checkout select shipping. *For Saturday pick ups, you will need to place your order by 5:00 p.m. Friday. All others can be picked up the following business day. If you are needing an order of a large size for an event etc. please reach out to us via email or phone to discuss pricing and scheduling. We will need at least 7 days notice prior to the event, as we are a small company making popcorn in small batches. Thank you! If you still have questions, text us! @ 317-647-5575
  • PICK UP ORDERS
    Orders can be placed for pick up by selecting “Pick-up” on the My cart page. Orders are typically completed and ready for pick up within 24-48 hours from the time the order is placed. Customers will receive a confirmation email when your gourmet popcorn is complete and ready for pick up. For Saturday Pick-ups at the Pike Farmers Market, orders need to be placed by 12:00 p.m. the prior Thursday, no exceptions. Customers may list their desired pick up date and time in the, “Add a note section”, located on the My cart page. The requested date and time must fall within our Pick-up hours. We try to accommodate all pick up date/time requests, but not all are guaranteed. Pick-up location: 6295 W. 56th St, Indianapolis, IN 46254 (Eagle Creek Commons, near Boathouse Grill), Wednesdays only: Half Liter Beer- 5301 Winthrop Ave, Unit B, Indianapolis, IN 46220 (SoBro Farmers Market) Pick-up time: M-F 1:00- 4:00 p.m. Wednesday (SoBro Farmers Market) 5:00- 7:00 p.m. Saturday (Pike Farmers Market) 9:00-11:30 a.m. If you still have questions, call/text us! @ 317-647-5575
  • RETURN/EXCHANGES
    At the Pop Shop, all popcorn is made to order at the beginning of every business day to ensure all orders are received fresh. Due to all orders being perishable and made to order, there will be no returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your order is damaged upon delivery, please email us with pictures to review and we will make it right for you. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at thebestpopshop@yahoo.com and we will respond within 48 hours.
  • ALLERGY INFORMATION
    Please be aware that our popcorn is created in a shared surface facility that processes: Peanut, Tree Nuts, Milk, Soy, Egg, and Wheat.
  • WHOLESALE INQUIRES
    We are not currently offering wholesale options at this time.
  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
    The Pop Shop typically ships via USPS and UPS within 48 hours after they are placed if received by 5 p.m. ET, Monday - Friday. The Pop Shop does not ship on weekends. We are not responsible for lost mail, inaccurate delivery addresses or spoilage if you are not home to receive your order in a timely manner.
  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    Unfortunately, we are only available to ship to the United States, United States Territories ( Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
